What do you enjoy most about your role?

What I enjoy most about my role is being the bridge between our production team and customers. I love helping clients bring their ideas to life by assisting with orders, answering questions, and ensuring they feel heard and understood. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that the blinds and roller shutters we provide are making a difference in their homes and businesses.

What’s your favourite project or achievement while working at Just Quality?

One of my favourite achievements was coordinating a large-scale project for multiple residential homes, where we needed to meet precise specifications for each property. It was a challenging task with many moving parts, but ensuring everything ran smoothly and seeing the finished results was so rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and weekends away free camping/caravaning. I also enjoy reading and working on personal projects around the house, which helps me to stay grounded and organised in both my personal and professional life.

What’s your favourite part of living in South Australia?

Living in South Australia, I love how accessible everything is. From the stunning beaches to the beautiful vineyards, there’s so much to explore and enjoy. I especially love the laid-back atmosphere, it’s the perfect balance between city life and nature.

What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a customer considering a home improvement project?

The best advice I’d give to customers is to take the time to consider their needs and preferences before making a decision. Planning and discussing options with an expert helps avoid any surprises later on. And always ask about the warranty and maintenance options – having that peace of mind is crucial!
