Ryan is the General Sales Manager, overseeing the sales of Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Roofing, Garage Doors, Pergolas, and Decking. With 13 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Ryan is experienced in helping customers bring their dream homes to life.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Managing a team of people is both the most enjoyable and most stressful part of the job. I enjoy helping people succeed – creating relationships with the staff and having a great culture is what sets Just Quality apart from other home improvement companies.

What’s your favourite project or achievement while working at Just Quality?

Growing Just Quality to what it is today has been a massive achievement. Arriving 3 years ago, we had to build a successful sales team from the ground up – which is now undoubtedly the best sales team I have ever worked with. The success we have created in such a short time the journey has been the greatest achievement.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Run, Run, and Run. If I am not working or running I’m probably just chilling out with friends enjoying a beer or two!

What’s your favourite part of living in South Australia?

The mighty Adelaide Crows and the fact that you can be in the country, at the beach or in the hills within an hour of each other.

What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a customer considering a home improvement project?

Do your research online, read reviews and make sure you understand that the company you are dealing with is not only providing great products but great service and long-term commitment to quality.
