Troy is General Manager of Just Quality, overseeing all departments including sales, marketing, and production. With 15 years of industry experience, Troy has spent the last 3 years growing Just Quality to become a South Australian home improvement industry powerhouse.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy the people I work with and the team and culture we have created. We’ve built a team that delivers exceptional results, provides elite customer service, and provides the highest quality products to South Australians.

What’s your favourite project or achievement while working at Just Quality?

The biggest achievement is how much we’ve grown in the last 3 years. We have gone from a small company to one of South Australia’s largest home improvement suppliers, employing over 60 South Australians.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy spending time and playing with my toddler.

What’s your favourite part of living in South Australia?

I love that you can be at the beach, in the Adelaide Hills, or one of our wine regions all within 1 hour.

What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a customer considering a home improvement project?

Think long-term. You’re purchasing for your home, your biggest investment. Do it right, do it once – You deserve it!
