ROOF REPLACEMENT PROCESS
We start the Roof Replacement process by thoroughly assessing your roof’s condition and taking precise measurements. We identify delivery points for materials and skips, determine necessary flashing and dektites. During this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to choose a colour from our wide selection to perfectly match your home’s style.
We carefully remove the existing roof section by section to prevent water damage during unexpected weather. Our installers are prepared with tarps for immediate cover in case of rain. After removal, we ensure a tidy site by disposing of all old materials in skip bins.
Before beginning the Roof Replacement, we reinforce your roof’s frame to support genuine Colorbond® steel. We use high-quality Australian BlueScope steel battens with a base metal thickness (BMT) of 0.55mm.
Insulation is installed between the battens and sheets to help regulate home temperature and prevent potential mould growth. We exclusively use Bradford Anticon insulation, which is ideal for the SA climate and recommended for asthma and allergy sufferers.
