The cost of the blinds was probably a bit more than some alternatives, but Ashia offered discounts and the convenience of quick turn around which helped cement our decision. This was not merely a transaction; we felt we were receiving "just quality" — pun intended. We believe the slightly higher price was justified by the exceptional service and product quality that we received.
While there was a minor issue with one of the blinds on the day of delivery, this was sorted out same same and the installer came back the next day to fix.
