Shane is the sales and production manager of Just Quality’s landscaping department. With over 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry and 8 years at Just Quality, Shane brings his wealth of knowledge to each project, helping transform thousands of backyards into customers’ dream spaces.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy being a leader for my team in both sales and production. I love seeing the joy on customers’ faces when our projects are complete, transforming their properties with a high level of workmanship.
What’s your favourite project or achievement while working at Just Quality?
I have quite a few favourite projects – One that comes to mind includes the Tailem Bend Motor Sport Racing Track, adding our Weekender lawn trackside. I’ve also had the opportunity to transform many retirement villages and childcare centres. One project I’m particularly proud of is our recent work at Roseberry House Early Learning Centre, where we delivered 600m² of artificial turf, along with paving and decking.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love AFL and cricket, wineries, and relaxing with friends and family at a BBQ or a nice beer garden.
What’s your favourite part of living in South Australia?
How easy it is to get places, nowhere is too far after living in Sydney for 4 years. The wineries we have here are amazing too.
What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a customer considering a home improvement project?
My advice is simple – don’t confuse yourself. If there is something you want to do to improve your home, decide to get it done. If you ponder too much it will more than likely never get done and your home will never live up to its full potential.
