What’s your role
You will be joining the production team as an assistant to the Operations Manager. You will strive to ensure the smooth execution of product installations from start to finish. You will communicate with both customers and our installation team to provide a satisfying experience for everyone.
- Liaising with customers to arrange for check measures and installation
- Liaise with customers to solve production and installation problems
- Collecting payments from customers if required
- Basic Data entry
- Informing your Manager about production matters
- Directing staff and sub-contractor activities and monitoring their performance
- Ensuring all service and warranty claims are dealt with in a timely and cost effective basis.
