Sales Representative
Due to continued company growth an opportunity has arisen and we are seeking Two motivated, hungry, professional Sales Consultants who have a great personality, are able to use their initiative, skill and have the ability to close a sale.
About the Company:
Just Quality is a privately owned and operated South Australian Company. We are Market Leaders in our Product Lines, Manufacturing our own Unique Range of Products with unique componentry which sets us apart from the rest. We are in the Home Improvement Market and so only Home Owners are serviced. We specialise in Outdoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Artificial Turf, Roof Restorations and Re-Roofing.
About the Role:
You will be joining the team as leaders to conduct sales to consumers in home for our Garage Door Division. You will help our customers with Roller Doors and Sectional Doors. This is through drawing and measuring the area, then a presentation, component selection, the final product summary, the pricing and then to subsequently close and complete the sale.
You must be able to work on Saturday, as weekend work is mandatory with days off in lieu to complete a 5 day week.
Being all inbound enquiries the appointments are booked and confirmed and provided for you. This ensures that you can maximise your selling time and subsequently maximise your income.
Full Product and Systems Training is provided together with how to take the customer through the various component selections dependant on the product to the final pricing and converting to a sale. The Company operates on a very high Conversion ratio of appointments to sales. Various Finance options are available for your customers.
Remuneration:
Generous Retainer plus commissions and Monthly Bonuses, together with a Fuel / Travel allowance are paid fortnightly with an uncapped commission structure. Existing Consultants are earning well in excess of $100,000 per annum.
Skills and Experience:
- No sales experience required. Full and Complete Training provided for suitable candidates.

- The ability to work effectively and service all provided appointments in a timely manner.
