Any service call outs that are not warranty issues are chargeable at a cost, based on the current call-out fees at the time.

A warranty against defects is a representation communicated to a consumer in connection with the supply of goods or services, at or about the time of supply, to the effect that a person will (unconditionally or on specified conditions):
(a) repair or replace the goods or part of them; or
(b) provide again or rectify the services or part of them; or
(c) wholly or partly recompense the consumer; if the goods or services or part of them are defective, and includes any document by which such a representation is evidenced.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage by any one or more of the following;
including fire, accident, abuse, mistreatment, neglect, unsuitable roof traffic, storm damage, incompatible materials, poor drainage, insufficient care or exposure to conditions including other normal atmospheric conditions.
All warranty claims must be in writing and reported within 48 hours of fault occurring. Upon receipt of a warranty claim, Just Quality will contract you to assess the nature of the concern and dispatch a service person for inspection if required.
The following are exclusions from this warranty:
(a) All other components not stated are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty.
(b) If usage, adaptation, or installation is not in accordance with our written installation and operation instructions.
(c) If the product has been dismantled or returned with clear evidence of abuse or other damage.
(d) If our components have been used to perform functions other than what they are designed to handle.

This warranty covers fabric becoming nonfunctional due to loss of dimensional stability from exposure to conditions including sunlight and other normal atmospheric conditions.
This warranty does not cover gradual fading or discolouration. Abnormal or excessive fading is covered.
There is no guarantee to make the products or their fitting/installation watertight.
Just Quality is not able to guarantee exact colour matches between batches. The closest alternative will be offered of no lesser quality should a supplier decide to change or stop the supply of a colour/type.
Products are not covered under warranty due to high winds or storm damage. Outdoor blinds should be retracted in severe weather conditions.
Ziptrak® Blinds are designed to look best in either the raised or fully lowered positions. Depending on your fabric choice, due to the thickness of the fabric, the blind may look baggy/loose. The baggy/loose appearance will be more evident with larger blinds. The aforementioned occurrence is standard in Ziptrak® blinds; hence warranty claims cannot be authorised for baggy/loose fabric.

It is recommended that the Turf should be cleaned and maintained every 6 months.
Just Quality is not responsible for any weed growth in the area. If weeds start to appear then treat them with a Weed Killer spray that is suitable for Artificial Turf. Do not pull them up, as this may damage the turf.
Do not leave corrosive metals on your lawn, as rust can discolour or damage fibres.
Do not use open flames on or near your Artificial Turf e.g. cigarettes, BBQs, or heaters. Our Turf is not flammable, but it will melt when substantial heat is applied.

For COLORBOND® Steel and Zincalume steel, BlueScope offers a warranty against corrosion to perforation by weathering, in the natural elements for a period of up to 36 years from the date of installation. Bluescope warrants that the paint system on COLORBOND steel will not flake or peel due to natural weathering for a period of up to 20 years from the date of installation.

Garage Doors are to be covered by a 10-year surface coating warranty from the date of installation. While Colorbond® doors are long-lasting, hardwearing, peel, flake, and chip resistant, under normal conditions this warranty does not extend to inherent defects in steel or other materials used in the manufacture or to the Colorbond ® process applied.
The Garage door opener has a 7-year warranty.
Clear access must be provided to enable our representatives to conduct service and/or warranty work.
Any claim for a damaged panel or curtain must be made within 7 days of supply, or installation. The manufacturer retains the option to repair or replace any damaged panel or curtain on-site after inspection that is not within industry-agreed standards as per the Australian Garage Door Association Guide.
We reserve the right to touch up on-site Colorbond®, and or, pre-painted surfaces on its range of garage doors, but no responsibility will be taken for the possibility of any paint rubs, scuffing etc on the internal wash coat finish or external painted surface.
